Over the years, Charmaine has built up a reputation in the restaurant industry, branching out into the catering field to open Chardonnay Chefs in 2009. Working with Charmaine is Craig Hancock, the front of house personality and manager. Craig ensures that décor for each function sets the perfect tone for the event, and is also in charge of staff management at Chardonnay Chefs, ensuring that everything runs smoothly at all times. Along with an array of talented assistants and kitchen staff, the team at Chardonnay Chefs inject their passion, skill and dedication into every function, resulting in a memorable dining experience for any occasion, from private dinners to event catering for weddings, functions or celebrations.
